The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is a component of the Department of the Treasury that designs, engraves, and prints U.S. banknote currency and other U.S. security products. In support of these operations at BEP's District Currency Facility (DCF), located in Washington, DC, the BEP, Office of Quality Operations (OQO) has a need for a new Light Booth (also referred to as instrument, equipment or system within the text of this contract). The BEP, OQO seeks to add to its existing capabilities with a new Light Booth that meets or exceeds the specified requirements. The Light Booth will be used to test paper properties in a quality laboratory environment. Additional information is provided in the Schedule.
