The purpose of this BPA is to provide competency modeling support services under (NAICS) 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The size standard is $24.5M. This procurement is a total small business set aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses. This BPA is established under the authority of Subpart FAR Subpart 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
