This combined synopsis/solicitation has been revised per the attached amendment (2031ZA22R00031 A0001) and associated revised documents. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is a component of the Department of Treasury that designs, engraves, and prints U.S. Currency banknotes and other U.S. security products. Manufacturing occurs at two locations: Washington, DC Currency Facility (DCF) and Western Currency Facility (WCF) located in Fort Worth, TX. BEP’s primary customer is the Federal Reserve Board (FRB). The BEP has a requirement to establish a single-award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV)/ Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Single Note Inspection (SNI) films to be used as packaging material for the SNI sections used in automated processing on Currency Overprinting and Processing Equipment (COPE) machines at the BEP’s DCF & WCF locations.
