This procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in Subpart 12 and FAR 13. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to facilitate and manage all printing services. The final quote is due no later than September 7, 2022 by 2:00 PM EST.
