This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; “quotes” are being requested, and a formal written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. A list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities, and unit of measures is provided through Attachment 1 – Items List. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its proposal firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotation, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the RFQ. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP), Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, Texas has a requirement to purchase police uniforms, equipment, and alteration services. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full details. Period of Performance and Date/Place of delivery: This is a single Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with an ordering period of three (3) years. Uniforms and equipment shall be delivered to the BEP Security Division, Police Services Branch, Western Currency Facility (WCF), Fort Worth, Texas. Shipping shall be F.O.B. Destination.
