This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 2031ZA21R00003 and is issued as Request for Proposal (RFP). Under this requirement, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) services and all software associated with it, at BEP’s District of Columbia (DCF) Currency Facility as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). In accordance with the attached SOW, Terms and Conditions, the BEP will only consider a single-award with Firm Fixed Price Line Items with the Period of Performance of Five Years. This procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 & 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130. This requirement is a 100% set aside for small businesses. Only qualified Offerors may submit responses. The small business size standard is $39.5M.
