This requirement is being solicited as a Total Set-aside to Small Business Concerns represented by NAICS Code 562213, (Solid Waste Combustors and Incinerators). The size standard is $41.5M This requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the requirements.
