The BEP also has a requirment for additional items from manufacturers such as Safariland, and Surefire which are brand name or equal. The contractor shall perform to the standards outlined in the Statement of Work. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Contract type is firm fixed price. The applicable NAICS Code is 332994.
