This is not a solicitation request for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this notice. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation I the future. The request for information does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals or quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals or quotes. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation for quotes or proposals, if one is issued. The RFI is an attempt to reach out to the market in an effort to determinate an appropriate acquisition strategy (i.e. full and open, small set-aside, etc.). Responses to this RFI will not be returned and respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced publicly at a later date and all interested parties must respond to that Solicitation announcement separately from any response to this announcement.
