This is a RFI to gather information on the possible solicitation of a spectrophotometer. The BEP has a need to acquire one (1) new benchtop spectrophotometer to support quality assurance testing of BEP manufactured and vendor supplied paper/materials. The spectrophotometer will be used to measure the physical properties of paper or materials that are used to manufacture currency and other security products at the BEP.
