The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Western Currency Facility (WCF) is soliciting for the operation of its Tour and Visitor Center in Fort Worth, TX. This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP), number 2031ZA20R00002 and is provided as an attachment to this announcement. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement are 561520 and the small business size standard is $22.0 million and a second NAICS Code of 541611 with a small business standard of $16.5 million will be accepted for this requirement. The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price. The anticipated award date for this action is April 1, 2020. Period of Performance will be a base period of twelve (12) months and four, twelve month option periods. The solicitation includes Oral Presentations as one of the evaluation factors. Oral Presentations will be conducted January 16-17, 2020 at the Western Currency Facility or via video conference. A sample question will be required as part of the Oral Presentation and will be released to all Offerors prior to the close of the solicitation. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which must be completed and submitted in its entirety before the solicitation closes. Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted via e-mail to: Michelle.Duncan@bep.gov on or before 4:00p.m Eastern Thursday December 5, 2019 and this solicitation closes 4:00p.m. Eastern December 13, 2019. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFP and associated amendments, if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render a proposal non-responsive and result in rejection. All potential Offerors must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.beta.SAM.gov in order to be eligible for Federal Government contracts and this shall be completed by the time of award. The solicitation's incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect utilizing Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-01. REMINDER -It is the responsibility of the Offeror to review and respond to any amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation issued by the contract specialist. No hard copies will be mailed.
