The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, parts, and tools as required for maintenance of all BEP’s owned exercise equipment located at DCF thus allowing for continuous availability of well-maintained and fully functional exercise equipment. The service will ensure the safety and well-being of the BEP’s employees.
