This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested in response to the solicitation. The government bears no legal liability for cost associated with this request for quote. Vendors should not submit a quote unless they are willing to absorb all costs associated with submitting a quote. The Government will award a firm-fixed-price and the Period of Performance for this contract will be 12 months plus 2 Option Years starting 17 July 2020 through 16 July 2021. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Solicitation number 2031ZA20Q00266, IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. (iii) The solicitation document incorporates the following provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04 effective 15 January 2020. (iv) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219. (v) Offers shall be submitted to Neal.Gima-Yip@bep.gov and Michelle.Duncan@bep.gov no later than 12:00 pm EDT, on Tuesday 14 July 2020.
