SOURCES SOUGHT 2031ZA20Q00126 Type of Notice: Sources Sought Notice Number: 2031ZA20Q00126 Short description of supply or service: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Acquisitions is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for Environmental Engineering Support Services. This is a Sources Sought notice (hereinafter Notice). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, request for bids or quotations, nor, a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The Sources Sought Synopsis & Summary Description is uploaded in order to provide more requirement details. Responses to this Notice will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method and determining interest and capability of potential vendors for this type of requirement. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has interest in seeking Environmental Engineering Support Services. BEP anticipates establishing a service contract with a twelve month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization name, point of contact, address, email address, website address; DUNS#; Size of your business (e.g., large business or small business), and socio-economic status (e.g., woman-owned, 8(a), etc.); Identification of your available contracting vehicles (e.g., GSA Federal Supply Schedule, etc.); Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements; and Any other information that may be helpful in developing or finalizing the requirements. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services described herein are invited to submit a Capability Statement to this Sources Sought Notice by February 26, 2020. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to the attention of Sonia Barnhill, email: Sonia.Barnhill@Bep.gov & Michelle.Duncan@Bep.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. This Notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. All costs associated with responding to this Notice are solely at the responding party's expense. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Further, the Government may contact the vendor for additional information regarding the information submitted as part of this market research effort. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in beta.SAM.gov. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The BEP will not be obligated to pursue any particular acquisition alternative as a result of this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. If so, respondents are solely responsible for properly marking and identifying such information within their response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
