The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting the following: The contractor will provide 10,000 gallons of Red dyed #2 diesel fuel containing no more than 0.3% sulfur by weight, must be first run... The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting the following: The contractor will provide 10,000 gallons of Red dyed #2 diesel fuel containing no more than 0.3% sulfur by weight, must be first run refinery grade and shall not consist of blend containing waste oils or solvents. Must contain a Premium Diesel Fuel Additive with Fuel Stabilizer, Emulsifier, Lubricity Additive, and concentrated Cetane Improver with a mix ratio of 1:3000. The fuel delivery trucks must be capable of delivering fuel into two, 10,000 gallon above ground storage tanks. The product must meet EPA standards and be Texas low emission diesel. The contractor must provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety grounding equipment. The WCF is a secure facility. Access to the facility is strictly controlled. Security measures shall be taken for personnel to access the site. See SOW attached for details. Delivery Date: One time Delivery from February 7 – 11, 2022.
