Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10—Market Research via this Request for Information (RFI), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is currently conducting market research to establish a suitable approach to acquiring services, and identify companies capable of and qualified to provide 401(k) benefits services to the OCC and the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) Retirement Plans. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, which does not constitute a solicitation or limits the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Responses to this RFI is strictly voluntary, of which the Government will not reimburse Respondents for participation, nor consider responses as a formal offer or quote. However, not responding to this RFI does not preclude interested Vendors from participation in any future Request for Proposal (RFP), if any is issued. This RFI notice is to gauge interest in and adequately define the upcoming requirement for support to the OCC and OTS 401(k) Retirement Plans.
