The OCC’s Office of Acquisition Management, on behalf of the RMFI Business Unit, awarded Metrika, Inc. a single-award contract for Stablecoin Consultant Services. The work will support RMFI in ensuring OCC’s implementation of the GENIUS Act. The contract term is not to exceed 1 year if the 6-month option period is exercised. The award was justified and approved for other than full and open competition due to unusual and compelling urgency under RFO 6.103-2, with the justification made available under RFO 6.301.
