This project involves providing investigative support and analysis to enhance indicators of compromise and assess attribution, leveraging commercial, open-source, and proprietary data sets. The project aims to identify the threat actors involved in a cyber compromise through the analysis of emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and to identify intelligence to help OCC anticipate and mitigate risks associated with the threat actors. The project also aims to provide in-depth research on techniques that integrate threat intelligence with our tools to provide proactive defense of OCC systems.
