This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Integrated Library System in support of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). This procurement is being made under the procedures in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5. Questions concerning the RFQ shall be submitted using the template provided (Attachment 2) via email to Mark.Tewell@occ.treas.gov and Casey.Helman@occ.treas.gov by 12:00 PM EDT on July 2, 2025. Questions received after the deadline will NOT be responded to, unless deemed significant by the CO or the question conveys a material mistake and/or error in the RFQ. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 2031JW25Q00080. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025. (iv) There is no set aside.
