The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price five year contract (base plus four 12-month option periods) to Gartner, Inc., 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford, CT 06902, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for the renewal of the Corporate Leadership Council Classic Membership for Human Resource Professionals. The membership includes unlimited access to research studies and over 2,100 experts providing consultative services, executive education seminars, management implementation toolkits, customized research briefs, and Web-based access to a library of over 300,000 corporate best practices available to the entire OCC enterprise. Further, OCC was grandfathered into specific and unique services that are no longer offered to other organizations. The period of performance for this requirement is June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025. This is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within seven days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
