SOLICITATION CANCELLED The purpose of this amendment/notice is to cancel the combined synopsis/solicitation (#2031JW24Q00047) for the OCC's Corporate Establishment Data (CED) requirement. The OCC has determined the scope of work, deliverables, and overall requirements need revisions, and therefore, no award will be made from the CED solicitation. Additional market research may be conducted in support of the new solicitation will may be released in late FY 2025. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this is 2031JW24Q00047, of which the Requestor seeks Corporate Establishment Data subscription services and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990—All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a Small Business size standard of $19.5M. To be considered eligible for award, Respondents must be registered as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (i.e., SAM.gov) under this NAICS, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) at time of the solicitation close date and time.
