The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking sources available to support an upcoming requirement for Corporate Establishment Data. Sources Sought Notice (SSN) only - it does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ). This SSN is issued solely for information on potential sources available and does not commit the OCC to issue a solicitation (RFP/RFQ) or award a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. This notice hereby replaces the OCC’s previous RFI (# 2031JW22N00011): OCC’s Geospatial Corporate Establishment Database Tool, Data Files Portal, and/or Data File Reporting Services. The OCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this SSN. All costs associated with responding to this SSN will be solely at the respondents’ expense. Those who respond to this SSN should not anticipate feedback concerning its submission other than acknowledgement of receipt if the Submitter requests an electronic notification. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be used for this effort is 541720 - Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities; however, this does not preclude Respondents from proposing other relevant NAICS. The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interested sources having the capabilities and qualifications to present data of various members of the community.
