The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has a requirement for an experienced and qualified Contractor to administer its Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program for its employees. The Contractor shall administer the OCC’s Plan in accordance with Section 125 of the IRS Code and Section 132 of the IRS Code. The Contractor shall provide the following features as part of its FSA management administration services: Web-based on-line enrollment Dedicated Plan Administrator Participant account inquiry via the Internet Non-discrimination testing services Direct Debit Card for the Health Care FSA only Electronic claims submission Communication materials Administrative Operating manual Please see attachment(s) for information for the entirety of the requirement.
