The United States Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is conducting market research to determine feasibility for a potential procurement requirement. This is does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ). This SSN is issued solely for information on potential sources available and does not commit the OCC to issue a solicitation (RFP/RFQ) or award a contract for any supply or service. The OCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this SSN. All costs associated with responding to this SSN will be solely at the Respondent’s expense. Respondents responding to this SSN should not anticipate feedback concerning its submission other than acknowledgement of receipt if the Submitter requests an electronic notification. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be used for this effort is 524113 – Direct Life Insurance Carriers; however, this does not preclude Respondents from proposing other relevant NAICS as well as an associated Product Service Code (PSC). The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interested sources having the capabilities and qualifications to underwrite and administer its group life insurance program.
