BACKGROUND The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) charters, regulates, and supervises all national banks and federal savings associations. The OCC also supervises the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Headquartered in Washington, DC, the OCC is responsible for promoting and assuring the safety and soundness of the country’s system of national banks and federal savings associations and maintaining its competitiveness, efficiency, integrity, and stability in the financial marketplace. SCOPE The OCC is doing market research to determine if conference space is available June-August 2024 for an all-staff event of approximately 3,600 people. Option 1: All staff attends the same week. Option 2: Staff is divided between two consecutive weeks. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to seek information on sources (locations and venues) that have the capacity and capability to host a conference. This notice is for conference and hotel facilities capable of meeting the requirements listed in Attachment A.
