This will consist of managing Microsoft Intune (MS Intune licenses contracted for separately and are provided by the Government) within an existing OCC provided Microsoft 365 FedRAMP-certified government cloud and the overall service portfolio of mobile devices with subscription plans, customer support, project/contract management, replacement accessories, surcharges, break/fix, and contract transition with device refreshes.
