The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to the Risk Management Association, 1801 Market Street Suite 300, Philadelphia PA 19103-7398 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source). The contract will be a follow-on award for the RMA eMentor resource service contract. The OCC requires a contractor to provide a tool that has industry search and browse features to view and generate industry and macro-economic reports and analysis to support bank examination. The tool must include: • Industry Data with at lease 1,000 different industries • Vertical IQ Reports that contain 250 industry reports • On Demand Cases Studies • Lending Manuals and/or Reference Guides • Credit Risk Analysis Modules that are interactive covering everything from problem loans through financial analysis • RMA Journal including current edition and an archive of past articles • Best Practices, eCases, and call preparation questions • Peer comparisons and forecasts, trends and economic metrics related to specific business challenges This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within five days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
