This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with a format tailored in meeting FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested as a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation reference is 2031JW23Q00027. The Department of Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Office of Acquisition Management (AQM), on behalf of the Office of Public Affairs, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to procure OCC Daily News Brief, Clip Services and Analytics. See the Request for Quote (RFQ) for details. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITATED UNRESTRICTED. The period of performance shall commence March 1, 2023, through February 29, 2028, should all four 12-month option periods be exercised. This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial items provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08; effective October 28, 2022. All Quoters that provide a quote agrees to the terms and conditions identified within the solicitation (RFQ’s provisions and clauses), capable of performing the required services, and can comply with the established security requirements in its entirety, for the specified performance period. Quoters that cannot provide the requirements and/or perform the services sought for the duration of the resulting performance period, should not provide a quote, as it WILL NOT be considered. All Quoters must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. The provision at 52.212-1 with the addendum, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition, and are included in the attached RFQ.
