THE GOVERNMENT (OCC) HEREBY RELEASES ANSWERS TO THE RFI QUESTIONS - 04/28/2023 RFI RESPONSE DATE IS HEREBY CHANGED TO 12:00 PM ET ON FRIDAY, 05/05/2023 The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is issuing this request for information (RFI) for performing adequate market research on current industry offerings and gathering information to describe the Government’s needs for eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services (LSS). The Government seeks to finalize its requirements and establish the best strategy for acquiring the necessary services to support the LSS requirements. Additionally, the Government is interested in gathering additional information and relevant feedback on tasks, deliverables, qualifications and capabilities of LSS Contractors to better define its LSS requirements. The RFI does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotes (RFQ). This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, which does not commit the OCC to issue a solicitation (RFQ/RFP) or award a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The OCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.
