The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby announces its intent to solicit and enter into a sole source contract with American Productivity & Quality Center, Inc., 123 N Post Oak Ln, FL3, Houston, TX 77024, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source is reasonably available, and under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency needs. OCC seeks to renew the APQC Enterprise Membership. The APQC Enterprise Membership provides OCC with unrestricted access to resources across research topic areas; participation in benchmarking studies; networking portals to enable collaboration on problem solving; and discounts on professional training. The period of performance for this requirement is a September 1, 2022 thru August 31, 2023. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the ACAMS Enterprise Membership Subscription requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested. All responses received in writing within three calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Karen A.
