The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Trofholz Technologies, Inc. (Trofholz), 250 Technology Way, Rocklin, CA 95765-1206 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source). The contract will be a follow-on award for the C*Cure 9000 and Victor United Management System Support license and agreement contract. The OCC requires a contractor to provide a physical access control system (PACS) that includes Software House C*Cure 9000 v2.40 and Victor Unified Management System v4.6. Additionally, the OCC requires a Service Support Agreement renewal from the manufacturer, Software House, in accordance with the following OCC security system components (system serial numbers and licenses provided upon award): • CCURE 9000 model R+ v 2.40: Production system consisting of multiple servers • CCURE 9000 Testing Environment with redundant capabilities • Victor Unified Management System v 4.6: Production system consisting of multiple servers and recorders This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within five days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
