The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is requesting information on a Geospatial Physical Establishment Database for the collection and reporting of data via services, tool, and/or portal that identifies up-to-date information needed to estimate the impact of physical hazards including commercial real estate, commercial and industrial facilities, factories, and more. Physical hazards may include acute and chronic risks related to flooding, wildfires, droughts, severe wind, rising sea levels, tropical cyclones, extreme temperatures, and other extreme weather events. Ideally, the Government seeks physical establishment data attained from a Geospatial Physical Establishment Database tool, services, and/or portal that utilizes historical data from at least the last 10 years (2012 - present) to forecast the aforementioned risks to the United States’ financial systems through the year 2050. However, the OCC does not object to tools or services that generates/maintains and analyzes historical data going back further than 10 years; as this information is also highly desired. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS RFI SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITHIN ATTACHMENT 1-Q&A WORKSHEET FOR CONSIDERATION BY NOON (12:00 PMN ET) ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26, 2023
