The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is issuing this request for information (RFI) Litigation Support System services. The RFI does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotes (RFQ). This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, which does not commit the OCC to issue a solicitation (RFQ/RFP) or award a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The OCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. The OCC’s Chief Counsel’s Office (CCO) centrally manages four legal practice areas in the Law Department, including those addressed by the OCC’s Litigation and Enforcement groups. The Litigation and Enforcement groups, and occasionally attorneys practicing in other groups, use electronic discovery (eDiscovery) systems and services to support legal matters routinely handled by the OCC, including responses to subpoenas, Congressional requests, OCC investigations, OCC administrative enforcement proceedings, civil litigation before courts and administrative tribunals, and notices of public rulemaking. The acquisition for Litigation Support System (LSS) is intended to provide the Litigation and Enforcement groups with the tools and services needed to effectively carry out the agency’s mission. The Contractor shall be able to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and facilities to the Government, and shall do all that which is necessary or incidental to the satisfactory and timely performance of the requirements identified within the performance work statement (PWS).
