The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Enterprise Business Automation and Content Management Services (EBACMS) is seeking information from industry regarding capabilities to migrate its Content Management System (CMS) from an on-premise architecture to a FedRAMP-compliant Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution. The objective of this potential requirement is to improve OCC’s capability to meet the modern CMS needs of its internal technical customers, while providing the best possible experience for agency employees, the banking industry, and the public, EBACMS plans to migrate its existing on-prem Rhythmyx CMS to a cloud-based PaaS solution that is FedRAMP compliant. With full deployment anticipated to extend over a number of years, this solution should initially be available and functional sometime in 2023. EBACMS is requesting information on industry capability and expertise to provide the desired solution in the timeframe needed. Small businesses are encouraged to respond.
