The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is requesting information on an ESG data tool that uses predictive methodologies to estimate the impact of physical hazards, such as those to residential real estate, commercial real estate/facilities, etc. Physical hazards may include risks related to flooding, wildfires, droughts, severe wind, climate change, including rising sea levels, etc. Ideally, the Government seeks a tool that utilizes historical data from at least the last 10 years to forecast the aforementioned risks to the United States through the year 2050. However, tools that maintain and analyze historical data going back further than ten years are preferable. This is a request for information (RFI) only - it does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not commit the OCC to issue a solicitation (RFQ/RFP) or award a contract for any supply or service whatsoever.
