This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Purpose of Sources Sought The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is requesting information from all qualified vendors to determine whether capability and interest exists for Real Estate Brokerage Services for the OCC Retail Space requirement. This Sources Sought is intended to inform the OCC on the current status of industry sources that can provide real estate brokerage services for OCC retail space. Your responses to the draft statement of work will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Submission Requirements In order for the OCC to determine whether any small businesses are qualified to serve as the prime contractor for this scope of work, interested parties should provide the following information: Name of company with address, point of contact, phone, email, and website address, if applicable. CAGE Code and DUNS number Contract vehicle information if you believe the OCC can use a Government wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) to obtain these services. Size of business and socioeconomic status (i.e., small, 8a, small disadvantaged business, woman owned, etc.) Suggested NAICs code –Please suggest a NAICS code which you believe to be the most appropriate. Statement of capability demonstrating your firm’s ability to meet the requirement. If a commercially available price list is available, please provide the list. If the price list is available on the internet, please provide a hyperlink to the location of the price list. Past-performance reference where you have provided real estate brokerage services for retail space. Response Instructions Responses shall be submitted via email to Karen A. Green at karen.green@occ.treas.gov by January 24, 2022 no later than 1:00 pm ET . **Responses shall be in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat formats. The email should include the following subject heading, “Response to Real Estate Brokerage Services for Retail Space Sources Sought.”**
