The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, is seeking information for the purposes of identifying capable sources possessing the technical knowledge, skills, and experience for acting as a receiver as delineated in 12 U.S.C. 190 – 200, 12 USC 3102, and 12 CFR 51. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bids (IFB); nor is this RFI a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the OCC is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future opportunities should any arise.
