The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Prosci, Inc., 2950 E. Harmony Road Suite 130, Fort Collins, CO 80528-3419 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source). The contract will result in the award for a training course that uses the Prosci change management process. The Contractor shall provide a training course that covers the following: How effective change management improves organizational results; Demonstration of a research-based change management methodology and toolset; Fundamentals of change and change management; How to apply the Prosci ADKAR Model to facilitate individual change; and Additionally, the training will also include the Prosci 3-Phase Process to a real project, enabling attendees to: Assess readiness; Identify impacted groups; Build a holistic strategy for influencing individual transitions; Walk away with a change management plan and an executive presentation on the business case for change management; and Gain certification in the Prosci change management methodology and access to the Prosci change management methodology and tools. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within five days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
