The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Prosci, Inc., 2950 E. Harmony Road Suite 130, Fort Collins, CO 80528-3419 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source). The contract will be a follow-on award for the Prosci All Access Portal Subscription and Organizational Change Competency License contract. The Contractor shall provide standardized tools such as the Practitioner eToolkit, Best Practices in Change Management research report, Change Management Guide for Managers, and Organizational Change Competency License that includes access to the following: Prosci ADKAR Model Leading Your Team Through Change Change Management Employee Orientation Taking Charge of Change ADKAR: A Model for Change Change Management: The People Side of Change Employee's Survival Guide to Change Instructor Hub – including training facilitator guides for each program included in the license Knowledge Hub – including content and resources to help transition from classroom learning to in-practice application of key tools and resources Research Hub – digital versions of Best Practices in Change Management – 11th Edition, topical studies, and relevant data across a broad array of topics Prosci 3-Phase Process (core methodology) Practitioner Program Change Management Sponsor Briefing Delivering Project Results Workshop Proxima – interactive web application for change management projects Licensed User Group Monthly Calls This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within five days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
