This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being made under the procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5 and 12.6. Solicitation number 2031JW21Q00097 is hereby issued as a request for quotations for commercial IT research licenses in support of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04. The relevant NAICS code for this acquisition is 541512 and the PSC is DF10; this solicitation is released for full and open competition (no set-asides).
