The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) anticipates conducting a competition under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and using procedures under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) for Compliance/BSA/AML Online eLearning Library. The purpose of the length of Compliance/BSA/AML Online eLearning Library /award is to support the OCC in ensuring up-to-date bank supervision training in the specialty areas of consumer compliance, compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and anti-money laundering (AML) and terrorist financing including trade finance fraud. Competition is unrestricted. The procurement will have a one (1) year base with four 12- month option year periods. The estimated date of award will be no later than April 30, 2021. It is anticipated that the Request for Quotation will be released on or about April 12, 2021.
