Amendment Number 1 changes the closing date for receipt of quotations. Quotes submitted in response to this Request for Quotations shall be submitted no later than May 25, 2021 at 3:00 PM, Eastern Time. Amendment Number 2 answers questions received in response to the Request for Quotations and changes the closing date for receipt of quotations. Quotes submitted in response to this Request for Quotations shall be submitted no later than May 26, 2021 at 3:00 PM, Eastern Time. The following information is provided concerning the RFQ and the establishment of the BPA: 1. Four companies submitted quotations in response to the RFQ. 2. The BPA was awarded on September 30, 2021 to: Kennedy & Rand Consulting Inc. 3206 Tower Oaks Boulevard, Suite 400 Rockville, MD 20852-4262 3. The total BPA ceiling amount, inclusive of the base period and four option periods, is $900,000.00.
