The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, intends to award a sole source contract to Fitch Solutions, Inc. (Fitch), 33 Whitehall Floor 19, New York, NY 10004-2148 under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901. The contract will renew the OCC’s existing subscription for that service. Fitch provides ratings information for financial institutions, sovereigns, and industries, detailed research and ratings reports on banking systems, credit outlooks, and financial products. This information cannot be obtained from any other source. The period of performance for this requirement is January 13, 2021 through January 12, 2026, inclusive of a base year and four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within seven days after the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
