This second amendment (0002) is issued to: 1. Update the answers document issued in amendment 0001 to answer the questions that were still pending an answer; 2. Make minor revisions to the performance work statement in response to the questions being answered in this amendment; 3. Delete the VPAT attachement and also delete it as a requirement for this combined synopsis/solicitation; 4. Update the instructions for quoters based on the deletion of the VPAT requirement (there is no longer a need to submit the VPAT volume of the quote); and 5. Inform quorters the due date for quotes in response to this announcement remains 28 October 2020 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. This first amendment (0001) is issued to: 1. Provide a partial list of answers to interested quoters who have submitted questions by the 1 Oct 2020 deadline in the RFQ. There are some questions that still have answers outstanding. The answers to these questions will be posted in another amendment once answers are available. 2. Correct a roman numeral typographical error in the instructions to quoters/offerors in the combined synopsis/solicitation document (changes are highlighted in the amended document). 3. Extend the due date for quotes AND their associated past performance questionnaires until 28 Oct 2020 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
