The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a sole source, FFP contract to Lexis Nexis using Simplified Acquisition procedures to renew OCC’s support subscriptions. Activities identified below are designed to support OCC objectives. The contractor shall provide the following: Manage certain legal titles of the Library’s print collection. Supply the most recent editions of Volumes, including recompiled volumes, pocket parts, pamphlets, replacement or ancillary volumes, loose leaf pages, and other related supplementary material. Provide a in-person shelf review of the given titles twice a year. The expected period of performance is from 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2025 with four option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement.
