The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a contract to Dow Jones & Company in accordance with FAR 13,5 Simplified Acquisition procedures. WSJ Pro Financial Regulation Special Report provides financial industry-specific reporting, insight and data analysis beneficial to the OCC account holders. Activities identified below are designed to support OCC objectives. The contractor shall provide the following: Provide direct access to the Wall Street Journal. Access will be provided to all OCC employees. Mobile access to WSJ.com including smart phones, tablets and personal computers. Provide usage statistics on a monthly basis and upon request. Provide technical assistance for all account holders. The base period of performance is from October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021, with options for four 12-month periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement.
