The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Bloomberg Finance L.P. for online access to news and analysis related to Congressional activities in banking and finance. Bloomberg Government subscriptions will provide unique access to the proprietary Bloomberg data and information sources, including hearing summaries and bill activity. The base period of performance is from October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2025, with options for four 12-month periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement.
