TICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Harrison Scott Publications Inc., 5 Marine View Plaza Suite 400, Hoboken, NJ, 07030-5795, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Office of the Comptroller has a requirement to procure eight (8) Commercial Mortgage Alert Subscriptions. Commercial Mortgage Alert is a weekly electronic delivery of news, analysis, and statistics on the Credit & Market Risk (CMBS) and Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) debt markets. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within three days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
