The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a contract to Sirsi Corporation – Sirsidynix EOS, LLC in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures. This requirement is for ongoing updates, maintenance support, and delivery services of an integrated library system (hosted catalog service) that manages the OCC’s library print and electronic resources. The hosted catalog services has a web-based access to library holdings, access to subscribed government and commercial content and access to internet resources for both locally and remotely authenticated personnel. Additionally, the current system includes databases and other information that is proprietary to Sirsidynix EOS, LLC. The base period of performance is from October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021, with options for four 12-month periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement.
