This Sources Sought Notice is being issued for the purposes of: (1) Conducting market research to determine common and customary industry practices. (2) Assisting the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to determine the number of potential respondents capable and interested in providing transportation, shipping and warehousing services. (3) Determining industry capabilities and best practices, including those of small businesses, to meet OCC’s need for transportation, shipping and warehousing services. A draft performance work statement is attached. (4) Providing a price model to help OCC establish lifecycle costs for a five (5) year contract. If businesses are interested, please submit your capability statement. Capability Statement should include: Name, mailing address, overnight delivery address (if different from mailing address), phone number, fax number, and e-mail of designated point of contact Corporate Web site address Type of Business Large business Small business Small disadvantaged business 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business HUB-Zone small business Woman-owned small business Veteran-owned small business Service-disabled veteran-owned small business 4. DUNS number 5. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code classifications 6. List any existing contract vehicles (i.e. GSA, GWAC etc.) 7. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for costs associated with these types of services Responses will be submitted using Microsoft Office 2007/2010 or Adobe PDF format and are due on March 26, 2020 at 1:00 pm ET by email to Karen A. Green at Karen.green@occ.treas.gov. The capability statement is limited to five pages excluding the cover page and the Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM). The results of this sources sought notice will be used in helping determine an acquisition strategy. No questions or comments will be addressed. No phone calls.
